Percys Perseverance

Percy’s Perseverance started out in 2015 as a no frills, no fuss, two-man Country Folk band with just a stomp box, acoustic guitar and some smooth acoustic bass. The band has grown since then with the incorporation of a drummer, a welcome relief for the lead singer’s left and right feet. Through the transition, they have stayed true to their folk roots while simultaneously acquiring a distinctly Southern Rock/Southern Fried quality along the way.

The band is in the process of writing and recording for their first EP and is slowly making headway into the local music scene in and around Gauteng. They performed at FORR Fest in 2016 and 2017, and were part of the line-up for STRAB Festival in 2017.
